With it's own inimitable style, a little less speed than today but a whole lot more interest and character this 1906 Rover came to The Dairy with its owners whilst attending a Rally around the Winchester Villages. Clearly a splendid way to arrive and currently the oldest method of transport employed to visit The Dairy.

Now this is the way to travel.  With the extensive paddocks around the Farm, the Dairy is an ideal landing place for all manner of flying objects.  We have buzzards, swallows, warblers of many kinds and of course helicopters.   Here Wynford Dore and his partner dropped in for a  short relaxation session.

For those interested the OS Coordinates are:  LAT  50.57.52N  (50 9644)    LON 1.27.08W  (-1.4522)    and given a little notice we can accommodate landings and a safe overnight  location.

Not as silly as it sounds!!.  With Broadlands as our neighbours and the New Forest very close there are lots of opportunities requiring guests and their horses/animals to stay in comfortable quality surroundings.  The Dairy is unfortunately only for people but the Livery Stables are normally available for any equine vistors. ( There is also ample parking for their motorised transport if required.)
