M27 Junction 3

North on Spur towards Romsey

A 3057 to Romsey

After about 1/2 mile turn right at signpost to TootHill

Follow lane for 1 mile around S bend and over hilltop.

Packridge Farm (Big Brick Pillars/Gates) is on the left about half way down the hill,

A3057 From Romsey

Leave Romsey with Rapids on right. Follow A3057 to 1st Rounsdabout

Take sign to M27 - A3057 to Southampton.

Pass 1st lane on left (Hoe Lane) and take second lane on left signposted to TootHill.

Follow lane for 1 mile around S bend and over hilltop.

Packridge Farm (Big Brick Pillars/Gates) is on the left about half way down the hill,

A3100 from Winchester

Follow route towards Romsey until you pass the Corus Hotel on left.

Continue through Ampfield village and past Keats restaurant on right and White Horse pub on left.

About 200yards past pub turn left onto small lane signposted to North Baddesley.

Follow this lane carefully (very narrow with low bridge and nasty bends) for about 2 miles.

At T junction turn right and follow road to Traffic Lights at crossroads (A27 junction)

Straight across and follow to next T junction. Turn left and drive out of the village.

Pass Hoe Lane on your right at then right at brow of hill opposite beware horses sign, turn right into Packridge Lane

Packridge Farm is first property on right accessed through brick pillars and to top of drive.
