Breakfast Menu

Our full buffet breakfast is included in the price of your room. A cooked breakfast is also available at an extra charge. Breakfast is served in the main farmhouse between 7am and 9.45am Monday to Friday and from 8am on Saturdays and Sundays. We are able to provide a light breakfast before 7am if required.

 

THE BUFFET BREAKFAST MENU

  • Fresh Fruit
  • A Variety of Dried Fruits
  • Tropical Fruit Salad
  • Home Cooked Sugar Baked Ham
  • Cereals and Local Muesli
  • Selection of Bread, Croissants and English Muffins
  • Handmade Preserves, Local Honey and ‘Guest’ Conserve
  • Fruit Juices, Yoghurt, Local Eggs and Cheese
  • Selection of Organic Teas and/or Fresh Ground Fairtrade Coffee or Hot Chocolate

 

THE COOKED BREAKFAST MENU

  • Porridge with Syrup or Maple Syrup £1.00
  • 2 Scrambled or Poached Eggs £2.00
  • Scrambled or Poached Eggs on Aga Toast or Muffins £3.00
  • French Toast or Pancakes and New England Maple Syrup £3.00
  • Scrambled, Poached or Fried Eggs and Grilled Bacon £4.50
  • Banana and Raisin Omelette £3.50

In order for us to provide the freshest of ingredients we need the following cooked breakfasts ordered the night before:

  • Test Valley Breakfast – Scrambled, Poached or Fried Egg, Bacon, Sausage, Tomato, Mushrooms, Home Fries and French toast or our Hampshire Breakfast with the addition of local Black Pudding £6.00
  • Smoked Salmon, Scrambled Eggs and Toasted Muffin £6.00 (or try this with our local Smoked Trout)
  • Eggs Benedict served on a Toasted Muffin £6.00
  • Grilled Kippers £6.00
