Becky’s wonderful honey is just one of three suppliers that we use. Our cut comb comes from New Forest Bee Products and the light borage honey from Roselea Apiaries

hampshire jamNot only do we use Hampshire Jam & Chutney’s strawberry jam at breakfast but you can also buy a range of their jams and ours to take home. Our jams are made using produce from our hedgerows, gardens and orchard, try our unique Rose Petal Jam


We only use healthy oil and butter in our cooking. Pratt’s cold pressed rape seed oil has a mild nutty taste and so too does the cocoa butter that we also use.



Bookham’s Sussex Charmer is a great favourite with our guests at breakfast and so too is Bookham’s traditionally churned butter. Remember how butter used to taste?
